Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, conduits, outlets, switches, and lighting systems in industrial and commercial environments.
• Interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to guide installation and troubleshooting.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability and compliance with safety standards.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults, malfunctions, and power disruptions using diagnostic tools and testing equipment.
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and project managers to support project timelines and technical requirements.
• Ensure all work adheres to local and national electrical codes, including the Indian Electricity Rules and IS standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment repairs, and safety inspections.
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow strict safety protocols during all operations.
• Assist in commissioning new electrical systems and conducting system testing before handover.

Requirements

• Diploma or certificate in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.

• Hands‑on experience with low and medium voltage systems, control panels, motors, and switch gear.
