Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in electrical engineering with relevant site experience.
• 3–6 years of experience in electrical project execution, supervision, testing and commissioning.
• Hands-on experience in electrical installations, quality inspections, and coordination with clients and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and identify gaps between BOQ, drawings, and actual site conditions.
• Review project scope, schedule, BOM, drawings, technical specifications, and execution plans prior to project execution.
• Prepare BOQ variation reports and assist the Project Manager with project planning and material planning.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager for work planning, manpower allocation, resource requirements, and project progress.
• Ensure timely availability of materials, tools, and equipment for uninterrupted project execution, eliminate shortages or excess requirements.
• Review routing with architects, consultants, and other contractors and resolve technical and routing conflicts.
• Review shop drawings, identify design clashes, and coordinate drawing revisions as required.
• Guide Site Engineers on execution methodologies, activity planning, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, architects, inspection agencies, and other stakeholders throughout project execution.
• Plan and execute inspection, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and quality-related activities.
• Support the preparation and submission of Inspection Requests (IR), Material Inspection Requests (MIR), and other quality documentation.
• Verify inspection approvals and quality compliance, and implement corrective and preventive actions for non-conformities.
• Monitor project progress against approved schedules, identify delays, and recommend appropriate recovery plans.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports, Minutes of Meeting (MoM), action trackers, and other project reports.
• Submit project and statutory compliance documents to the client.
• Maintain project documentation, including approvals, RFIs, NCRs, site instructions, change requests, MoMs, and other project records.
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards, EHS requirements, and Permit-to-Work (PTW) procedures, and monitor Toolbox Talk (TBT) implementation.
• Coordinate system testing, punch-point closure, commissioning, client acceptance, and final project handover.
• Assist in the preparation of as-built drawings and project close-out documentation.
• Identify technical, commercial, and execution risks; assess their impact on cost, quality, and schedule; and elevate critical issues with recommended solutions.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, site discipline, and efficient utilization of project resources.
• Provide accurate project information for ERP/Project Management System creation, updating, and maintenance.

• Hands-on experience in electrical installations, site supervision, quality inspections, testing & commissioning, and coordination with clients and subcontractors is preferred .
