Job summary

Daksh Manpower And Skill Development in Faridabad invites an experienced maintenance lead to oversee aluminium foundry operations, GDC, furnaces, heat treatment, and precision CNC/VMC/HMC machining. You will manage maintenance teams, troubleshoot breakdowns, drive RCA and TPM initiatives, emphasize safety, and plan spare parts with SAP S/4HANA PM, ensuring reliability and uptime.

Candidates with experience in die casting, gearbox and utilities maintenance, plus PLC/SCADA, VFD and electrical

Qualifications

• Experience in aluminium foundry, die casting, CNC/VMC/HMC machining, gearbox and utilities maintenance.
• Basic PLC/SCADA, VFD and electrical knowledge required.
