Job summary

Madhava Consultant is seeking a skilled technician in Bengaluru to support machine maintenance with deep PLC programming expertise. You will work on ladder logic, diagnose issues on HT/LT lines, transformers, and compressors, and perform comprehensive troubleshooting to minimise downtime.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with Mitsubishi and Omron PLCs and be able to apply robotic teaching techniques to optimise automated processes.

Qualifications

• Proficient in PLC programming, particularly ladder logic; experience with Mitsubishi and Omron PLCs is mandatory.
• HT & LT lines, transformers, and compressors; strong hands-on ability to diagnose machine issues.

Responsibilities

• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in machine maintenance.
• Troubleshoot, repair and optimise PLC-based systems, including robotic teaching and integration.
