Job summary

Tenneco is seeking an experienced electrical maintenance professional to oversee CNC machine maintenance and troubleshooting, focusing on Fanuc and Siemens systems. The role aims to minimize downtime, improve equipment reliability, and ensure safe operations for the manufacturing floor.

You will perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance, diagnose electrical/control failures, read schematics, and implement corrective actions while coordinating with cross-functional teams to boost

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering with 5–8 years of experience.
• Extensive experience with CNC control systems, including Fanuc and Siemens.
• Strong knowledge of PLC programming, troubleshooting, and modification.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control panel layouts.
• Experience in machine interfacing, signal integration, and industrial communication protocols.
• Knowledge of electrical safety standards and maintenance practices.

About The Role

Responsible for electrical maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines, with expertise in Fanuc/Siemens systems, PLCs, VFDs, servo and spindle controls, ensuring minimum downtime, equipment reliability, and safe operations.
