Transworld Furtichem Pvt. Ltd. in Nellore seeks an experienced Senior Electrical Maintenance Engineer to manage preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of industrial electrical systems.

You will work with HT/LT systems, transformers, motors, VFDs, EOT cranes, and safety systems, lead a maintenance team, and coordinate across production and utilities while ensuring regulatory compliance and energy efficiency.

Qualifikationen

• B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
• Experience in HT/LT systems, transformers, motors, switchgear, VFDs, and industrial power distribution.

Aufgaben

• Manage preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of industrial electrical systems and equipment.
• Supervise electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and operations of EOT cranes, including crane motors and safety interlocks.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules, annual maintenance plans, shutdown activities, and maintenance budgets.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations, LOTO, PPE, earthing, and permit-to-work procedures.
• Coordinate with Production, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Utilities, Purchase, and Stores departments for smooth plant operations.
• Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives.
• Maintain maintenance records, equipment history, and MIS documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of industrial electrical systems and equipment.
• Handle maintenance of HT/LT systems, transformers, motors, switchgear, MCCs, PCCs, VFDs, DG sets, UPS, and electrical distribution panels.
• Supervise electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and operations of EOT cranes, including crane motors, hoisting mechanisms, travelling systems, control panels, and safety interlocks.
• Conduct electrical fault diagnosis, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to minimize equipment downtime.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules, annual maintenance plans, shutdown activities, and maintenance budgets.
• Ensure proper functioning of crane safety systems, limit switches, brakes, overload protection, and emergency stop mechanisms.
• Coordinate with Production, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Utilities, Purchase, and Stores departments for smooth plant operations.
• Supervise electrical technicians, contractors, and maintenance personnel.
• Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving and equipment reliability improvement initiatives.
• Maintain maintenance records, equipment history, breakdown reports, and MIS documentation.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations, LOTO, PPE, earthing, and permit-to-work procedures.
• Support electrical installation, commissioning, plant expansion, and modernization projects.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
• Strong hands-on experience in HT/LT electrical systems, transformers, motors, switchgear, VFDs, and industrial power distribution.
• Experience in EOT crane electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and safety systems will be preferred.
• Candidates from fertilizer, chemical, cement, power, or other continuous-process manufacturing industries will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of electrical safety standards, maintenance planning, team handling, and statutory compliance.
• Knowledge of SAP/ERP maintenance modules and MS Office.
