Job summary

KEPL EPC INFRA is seeking an Electrical Supervisor/Engineer for on-site duties in Tamil Nadu. The role requires 2–3 years of relevant experience and responsibilities include supervising electrical installations, handling LT/HT panels, coordinating with PM and MEP teams, and ensuring safety and quality on site.

The position is an in-person work location with a monthly pay range of 30,000–35,000 INR. Immediate availability and South India applicants preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in electrical works.
• Experience in LT/HT panels installation and related electrical systems.
• Ability to coordinate with PM, site engineers, subcontractors and MEP teams.
• Strong safety and quality focus on site operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute electrical installation works as per drawings and project schedule.
• Handle LT/HT panels, DBs, cables, cable trays, lighting, power systems, earthing, and related electrical works.
• Plan and monitor daily site activities to ensure timely completion of assigned works.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, Site Engineers, subcontractors, and other MEP teams.
• Manage electricians, technicians, helpers, and subcontractor manpower at site.
• Check materials received at site and ensure proper utilization, storage, and minimum wastage.
• Prepare material requirements and coordinate with Purchase/Stores for timely availability.
• Conduct and coordinate electrical testing, commissioning, and inspection activities.
• Ensure electrical works comply with approved drawings, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Identify site issues, drawing discrepancies, and material requirements and report them to the Project Manager.
• Maintain daily progress reports, manpower details, site photographs, measurements, and other required project records.
• Support preparation and verification of measurement sheets and subcontractor bills.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, PPE usage, and safe working practices at site.
• Coordinate snag rectification and support final testing, commissioning, and project handover.
