Job summary

Integrated Personnel Services in Hyderabad is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to oversee installation and execution of electrical systems at project sites.

The role requires a Diploma/ITI and 2–12 years of experience in electrical site execution, with preference for candidates having Data Centre, commercial building, hospital, airport, industrial or high-rise project exposure. You will coordinate with MEP teams and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Diploma or ITI required.
• 2–12 years of experience in electrical site execution.
• Experience in Data Centre, commercial buildings, hospitals, airports, industrial or high-rise projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise installation and execution of electrical systems at the project site.
• Handle installation of HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, UPS systems, bus ducts, cable trays, wiring and termination, earthing, and lighting systems.
• Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is completed as per project schedule and quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, clients, consultants, and internal project teams.
• Supervise electricians and technicians to ensure safe and efficient execution.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company quality procedures.
• Carry out testing, commissioning, and inspection of electrical systems.
• Review electrical drawings, SLDs, and coordinate with HVAC, PHE, ELV, and Civil teams.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain project documentation.
• Ensure timely completion of work within project deadlines.

• Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is completed as per project schedule and quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, clients, consultants, and internal project teams.
• Supervise electricians and technicians to ensure safe and efficient execution.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company quality procedures.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of electrical installation and site execution.
• Experience with HT/LT Panels, Transformers, DG Sets, UPS Systems, Bus Ducts, Cable Trays, Cable Laying & Termination, Earthing, and Lighting.
• Knowledge of Testing & Commissioning (T&C).
• Ability to read electrical drawings, SLDs, and coordinate with MEP teams.
• Experience in manpower handling and subcontractor management.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 2-12 years of electrical site execution experience.
• Experience in Data Centre, Commercial Building, Hospital, Airport, Industrial, or High-rise projects.
• Good communication and team management skills.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days will be preferred.
