Job summary

Ultra Corpotech in Pune district invites an experienced Engineer to join the Maintenance department in the Electrical division. You will lead shift maintenance activities for manufacturing equipment and support installation and commissioning of new machines.

The role requires 5–6 years of experience, a DEE or BE in Electrical, and hands-on skills with laser cutting, bending, press and welding machines, PLC programming, and CNC/VMC systems.

Qualifications

• DEE or BE Electrical degree required.
• 5–6 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with laser cutting, bending, press, welding equipment.
• Knowledge of PLC programming and CNC/VMC machines.

Responsibilities

• Manage shift maintenance activities.
• Install and commission new machines.
• Maintain utility equipment (EOT, compressor, DG set).
• Troubleshoot machine breakdowns.

• 2) Involved in New machines installation & commissioning activities.
• 3) Responsible for Utility equipment maintenance ( EOT , Compressor , DG Set )
• 4) Individual Handle Breakdown of M/c

Work Styles

• 1) Proper PPE must be used according to ultra policy.
• 2) Always use proper tools and fixtures when servicing the equipment.
• 3) Lean / TPM / 5's.
• 4) Soft Skill Knowledge of computer excel, word & PPT /SAP
