Role & responsibilities

• Drawing Review & Analysis: Compare Tender vs GFC (Good for Construction) drawings to identify discrepancies and execute changes on-site.
• BOQ & Estimation: Perform accurate Material Takeoffs and prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on structural blueprints.
• Site Billing & Tracking: Manage regular site billing, measurements, and cross-verification of contractor invoices against work done.
• Vendor & Consultant Coordination: Coordinate with drawing consultants for layout approvals and obtain competitive manufacturer quotes for procurement.
• On-Site Supervision: Supervise day-to-day electrical installations (HT/LT systems, panels, cable laying) to ensure strict quality and safety compliance.
