Job summary

Vrushank Tech Solutions is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Engineer to join our Chennai/Trichy projects. The role focuses on drawing review, on-site supervision, and cost control across Real Estate and infrastructure ventures.

You will handle GFC/Tender analysis, BOQ estimation, site billing, and vendor coordination while ensuring quality and safety on HT/LT installations.

Qualifications

• Experience range 5 to 8 years in Electrical Site Engineering.
• Industry background in Real Estate, High-Rise Residential, Commercial Building, or Infrastructure projects.
• Core technical skills include GFC drawing analysis, site billing, cost estimation, and vendor management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for layout reviews and MS Excel for billing and tracking.
• Education: B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering; willing to work on-site in Chennai or Trichy.

Responsibilities

• Drawing Review & Analysis: Compare Tender vs GFC drawings to identify discrepancies and execute changes on-site.
• BOQ & Estimation: Perform accurate Material Takeoffs and prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on structural blueprints.
• Site Billing & Tracking: Manage regular site billing, measurements, and cross-verification of contractor invoices against work done.
• Vendor & Consultant Coordination: Coordinate with drawing consultants for layout approvals and obtain competitive manufacturer quotes.
• On-Site Supervision: Supervise day-to-day electrical installations (HT/LT systems, panels, cable laying) ensuring quality and safety.
