Job summary

Pinnacle invites engineers with strong BIM experience to join its team in Madurai. The role focuses on Revit MEP and Navisworks, coordinating clashes across disciplines, and managing data environments for complex international projects.

You will contribute to electrical and ELV services modelling, shop drawings, and detailed coordination drawings. Seeking professionals with 2+ years to 15 years of experience, ready to relocate, and capable of delivering high-quality BIM solutions within

Qualifications

• Experience with Autodesk Revit MEP and Navisworks is mandatory.
• Experience with clash coordination tools like BIMTRACK, BIM 360 issues, Revitzo (Any of them).
• Common data environments like BLUEBEAM, BIM 360, Dropbox, ProjectWise (collaborative tools to work on a model).
• Worked on different building sectors – residential, commercial, institutional (schools, colleges), healthcare (hospitals), transportation (airports, bus stations, metro stations), data centers, etc.
• Experience in working on international projects is essential.
• Experience with modelling of Electrical & ELV services.
• Preparation of Shaft Co-ordination Drawings for Electrical Services.
• Preparation of RCP layout drawings for MEP Services.
• Preparation of Electrical Room’s Section Detail Drawings Such As MV Room & Electrical Room Etc.
• Preparation of Containment Detail Drawing with Co-ordination of Mechanical & Plumbing Services.
• Preparation of Builders Work Drawings for Electrical Services and Co-ordination with Mechanical & Plumbing Services.
• Experience with architectural, structural & MEPF clash co-ordination.
• Basic Knowledge of project phases & deliverables requirements against each project stage.
• Experience in electrical drawing creation/documentation.
• Experience in Electrical equipment & services hanger support modelling.
• Experience in working on fabrication models, shop drawings, builder’s work drawings, and spool drawings.
• Experience in review and QA/QC of 3D models, drawings, etc.
• Experience in parametric Revit family creation.
• Experience in BOQ & quantity take-offs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clashes across architectural, structural and MEPF models.
• Prepare shaft coordination drawings for electrical services.
• Develop RCP layout drawings for MEP services.
• Create and detail electrical room sections (MV room, electrical room).
• Produce containment detail drawings and builders work drawings for electrical systems.
• Model electrical equipment and hanger supports; align with mechanical and plumbing.
• Work with fabrication models, shop drawings and spool drawings.
• QA/QC of 3D models and drawings to ensure accuracy and standards.

• Experience in electrical drawing creation/documentation.
• Experience in Electrical equipment & services hanger support modelling.
