Responsibilities

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.

This role is ideal for a seasoned Electrical BIM professional with strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and international project experience who can drive project excellence, mentor teams, and ensure the successful delivery of BIM solutions across North America, the UK, the Middle East, and the Asia-Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage teams of 8–30 engineers, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality project execution.
• Execute and oversee Electrical BIM projects for clients across North America, the UK, the Middle East, and the Asia-Pacific region.
• Review electrical designs and provide technical guidance on BIM standards and best practices.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Mentor team members, monitor performance, and drive continuous process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and organizational processes.
