Job summary

Neilsoft in Pune/Ahmedabad is seeking an Electrical Engineer (BIM) with 3-7 years of experience. The role involves modelling electrical and ELV services in Revit MEP, coordinating with architecture, structure, and MEP trades, and delivering compliant BIM content for international projects.

You will assist in model setup, data review, and QA/QC of 3D models, while maintaining BIM standards and client requirements. Strong communication and multi-tasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with Autodesk Revit MEP and Autodesk Naviswork is mandatory
• Basic knowledge of sizing calculations like lighting calculations, cable sizing, voltage drop
• Experience with clash coordination tools like BIMTRACK, BIM 360 issues, Revitzo (Any of them)
• Common data environments like BLUEBEAM, BIM 360, Dropbox, ProjectWise
• Worked on different building sectors – residential, commercial, institutional, healthcare, transportation, data centres
• Experience of working on international projects is essential
• Good knowledge of Revit modelling task and Revit interface
• Electrical engineering design concepts, practices, & procedures
• Experience with modelling of Electrical & ELV services
• Electrical Circuiting, Wiring, Panel/DB schedule preparation
• MEPF clash coordination
• Project phase knowledge & deliverables
