The role emphasizes storyboard development, quizzes, branching scenarios, and SCORM-compliant outputs, with a strong focus on learner-centric content and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in eLearning content development.
• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline 360 is mandatory.
• Experience in end-to-end course development and storyboarding.
• Understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Knowledge of SCORM and LMS environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline 360.
• Create detailed storyboards with screen flow, interactions, assessments, and learner journeys.
• Convert SME inputs into interactive digital learning modules.
• Design quizzes, simulations, scenarios, branching activities, and knowledge checks.
• Apply instructional design principles to create learner-centric content.
• Collaborate with SMEs, Graphic Designers, and the Content team throughout the course development process.
• Review, test, and update courses based on feedback.
• Ensure SCORM-compliant course development and LMS compatibility.
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, functionality, and a seamless learner experience.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting timelines.

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented eLearning Content Developer / Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in storyboarding, eLearning course creation, instructional content development, and Articulate Storyline 360 . You will work closely with SMEs and designers to develop engaging, interactive digital learning solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop engaging and interactive eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline 360.
• Create detailed storyboards with screen flow, interactions, assessments, and learner journeys.
• Convert raw content and SME inputs into interactive digital learning modules.
• Design quizzes, simulations, scenarios, branching activities, and knowledge checks.
• Apply instructional design principles to create learner-centric content.
• Collaborate with SMEs, Graphic Designers, and the Content team throughout the course development process.
• Review, test, and update courses based on feedback.
• Ensure SCORM-compliant course development and LMS compatibility.
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, functionality, and a seamless learner experience.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting timelines.

Required Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in eLearning content development.
• Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline 360 (Mandatory).
• Experience in storyboarding and end-to-end eLearning course development.
• Understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Knowledge of SCORM and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Strong communication, content writing, and organizational skills.
• Experience with tools such as Camtasia, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
