Job summary

Ethos Watch is seeking a Content Developer with 2–7 years of hands-on experience in eLearning tools and multimedia design to create engaging digital learning experiences. You will work with Articulate 360, Vyond, and Adobe Creative Suite to produce modules, animations, and interactive PDFs.

You will collaborate with instructional designers, SMEs, and developers, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality deliverables across web and LMS platforms.

Qualifications

• 2–7 years hands-on experience in eLearning tools and multimedia design.
• Proficient in Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Vyond, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, and Premiere Pro.
• Experience with LMS platforms and SCORM/xAPI packages.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging eLearning modules using Articulate 360.
• Create animated videos and explainer content using Vyond.
• Design visual assets, infographics, icons, and layouts using Photoshop & Illustrator.
• Edit and enhance documents, graphics, and interactive PDFs using Acrobat.
• Collaborate with Instructional Designers, SMEs, and developers to deliver learning solutions.
• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to design guidelines across all deliverables.
• Optimize multimedia content for web, mobile, and LMS platforms.
• Stay updated with latest eLearning and design trends.

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Developer with 2-7 years of hands-on experience in eLearning tools and multimedia design. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Vyond, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, and premier pro. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to transform instructional content into engaging, learner-focused digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging eLearning modules using Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise, etc.).
• Create compelling animated videos and explainer content using Vyond.
• Design visual assets, infographics, icons, and layouts using Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
• Edit and enhance documents, graphics, and interactive PDFs using Adobe Acrobat.
• Collaborate with Instructional Designers, SMEs, and developers to bring learning solutions to life.
• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to design guidelines across all deliverables.
• Optimize multimedia content for various platforms (web, mobile, LMS).
• Stay updated with the latest eLearning and design trends to bring innovative solutions.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong expertise in Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise, Review, etc.).
• Proficiency in Vyond for animation and video creation.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator for graphics and layouts.
• Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat (interactive PDFs, editing, etc.).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Strong visual design sense, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with LMS platforms and SCORM/xAPI packages.
• Basic understanding of Instructional Design principles.
• Exposure to video/audio editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Audition).
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, or JavaScript (basic level) will be a plus.

Education

• Bachelors degree in any stream.
• Certifications in eLearning tools (Articulate, Adobe Suite, etc.) will be an added advantage.
