Job summary

Quality HR India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an EHS Executive for a role based near Vapi, Gujarat. The position requires 5–7 years of experience in engineering industries with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and environmental management.

You will implement and monitor EHS policies, conduct risk assessments and audits, investigate incidents, and drive safety training and drills. ISO standards support and regulatory compliance form key parts of the remit.

Qualifications

• Experience in Industrial Safety, EHS management and regulatory compliance.
• Know-how of HIRA, risk assessments and workplace audits.
• Familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards and statutory requirements.
• Willingness to work near Vapi, Gujarat, India.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor EHS policies, procedures and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with statutory safety and environmental regulations.
• Conduct safety inspections, HIRA, risk assessments and audits.
• Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses; implement corrective actions.
• Conduct safety training, toolbox talks and emergency drills.
• Monitor PPE compliance, fire safety systems and safe working practices.
• Maintain EHS documentation, incident reports and statutory records.
• Coordinate with departments to identify hazards and improve safety.
• Ensure waste management and environmental compliance.
• Support ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 implementation and audits.
