Job summary

Raheja Universal (Pvt) Ltd. is seeking an EHS professional to develop and maintain policies aligning with BOCW, Factory Act, and ISO standards. The role involves risk assessments, inspections, audits, and incident investigations to drive continuous safety improvements.

The candidate will lead safety trainings, manage IMS documentation, and coordinate audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 in a Mumbai-based facility.

Qualifications

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and programs in line with local, state, and central regulations (BOCW, Factory act, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, CPCB).
• Conduct risk assessments, workplace inspections, and safety audits to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; prepare root cause analyses and corrective action plans.
• Lead safety training programs, toolbox talks, and emergency response drills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve IMS per ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
• Plan and conduct internal audits; coordinate external certification and surveillance audits.
• Manage documentation control, SOPs, work instructions, and records per ISO requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• BE/B.Tech in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering


• Candidates with ISO certification / ISO implementation experience preferred
