Job summary

JobItUs in Bagwada near Vapi invites an experienced EHS Executive to lead safety and environmental initiatives across engineering operations.

You will implement policies, conduct audits, train staff, and ensure compliance with ISO 14001/45001 and statutory requirements, while driving continuous improvement and safeguarding workers.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in EHS management and safety.
• Experience implementing ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Familiar with statutory safety and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor EHS policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with statutory safety and environmental regulations.
• Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, HIRA, and workplace audits.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and emergency mock drills.
• Monitor PPE compliance, fire safety systems, and safe working practices.
• Maintain EHS documentation, incident reports, and statutory records.
• Coordinate with departments to identify hazards and improve workplace safety.
• Ensure proper waste management and environmental compliance.
• Support ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 implementation and audits.
