You will drive audits, inspections and KPI analysis, collaborating with multiple teams to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Degree qualification with 8–10 years of experience.
  • Full construction delivery lifecycle experience on complex, regulated projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership capability.
  • Professionally qualified in a relevant discipline or membership.

Responsibilities

  • Support implementation of health, safety, and wellbeing policies, procedures, and standards across projects.
  • Collaborate with teams to deliver audits and inspections aligned with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and other standards.
  • Assist in coordinating inspection and audit schedules, ensuring compliance and consistency.
  • Analyse audit results, corrective actions, and KPIs, contributing to continuous improvement.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement, building strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Work with teams to deliver regional strategies and contribute to net zero carbon transition.

You’ll Be Responsible For


  • Support implementation of health, safety, and wellbeing policies, procedures, and standards across projects.

  • Collaborate with teams to deliver audits and inspections aligned with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and other standards.

  • Assist in coordinating inspection and audit schedules, ensuring compliance and consistency.

You’ll Need To Have

  • Strong communicator with proven stakeholder and leadership capability.

  • Professionally qualified in a relevant discipline or membership.
