Job summary

Mace, a leader in construction and consultancy, seeks a Safety, Health and Wellbeing (HSW) professional for a complex data centre project in India. You will lead the implementation of HSW policies across the project, drive audits, and coordinate inspections with stakeholders.

You will analyse performance data, investigate incidents, champion continuous improvement, and support net-zero commitments. A Bachelor's degree and project experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience of projects of a similar nature.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Mace’s HSW policies, procedures, and standards across assigned projects.
• Prepare for external ISO audits and support ongoing compliance with applicable certifications.
• Coordinate inspection and audit programmes, undertaking HSW reviews and driving improvement actions.
• Analyse performance data to identify gaps, develop mitigation plans, and strengthen operational safety.
• Manage and contribute to incident investigations while fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
• Champion continuous improvement and support Mace’s net-zero carbon commitments.

The Project

This is a complex, large scale, data centre mission critical project working with an amazing client organisation and talented Mace team. This project will be of incredibly high-quality standards in a heavily regulated environment, suiting people with similar project experience that operate with the highest integrity and professionalism.
