Job summary

Mace, a global consultancy and construction firm, is seeking to lead a complex, data centre project in a heavily regulated environment. The role focuses on developing integrated project programmes, coordinating logistics, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

You will monitor progress, analyse performance metrics, and build strong client relationships, embedding sustainability and net-zero principles into planning while ensuring delivery against milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience of projects of a similar nature.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains integrated project programmes, taking full account of logistics, site and delivery constraints to achieve successful outcomes.
• Monitors and analyses progress, productivity and performance metrics, providing clear insights and reporting to support informed decision-making.
• Builds strong relationships with clients, project teams and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout project delivery.
• Embeds sustainable design, procurement and delivery principles within project programmes, supporting long-term value creation.
• Promotes a culture of safety and wellbeing by integrating health, safety and risk management requirements into project planning and execution.
• Coordinates programme activities, work plans and project milestones while supporting Mace’s commitment to net zero carbon through the proactive management and reduction of carbon emissions.
