Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in construction delivery.
• Full construction delivery lifecycle experience in complex/regulatory projects.
• Strong communication with proven leadership and stakeholder capability.
• Professional qualification in a relevant discipline or membership.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within project teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination across colleagues and stakeholders.
• Support MEP design analysis and completion, applying engineering expertise and Mace’s management processes.
• Assist in managing subcontractors and suppliers, accountable for programme, safety, cost, and quality outcomes.
• Contribute to risk identification and mitigation planning, driving proactive solutions.
• Champion innovation by supporting modern methods of construction, digital technologies, and prefabrication.
• Embed sustainability by managing carbon impacts and supporting Mace’s net zero transition.
