Applicants should have a Master’s in Architecture with 10+ years of experience in major infrastructure or real estate developments and a proven leadership track record.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Architecture is required.
• 10+ years’ professional experience including 8+ years on infrastructure/real estate projects.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of design outputs, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and project objectives.
• Manage and develop high-performing teams, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery and training for professional growth.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants and delivery teams to drive integrated design solutions and project success.
• Provide clear progress reporting, facilitate design reviews, and represent the project in client meetings and workshops.
• Drive continuous improvement and contribute to bids and strategic business objectives.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and support net zero carbon delivery and sustainable outcomes.

The Project

Mace is providing PMC services for a redevelopment project in Ahmedabad. Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of design outputs, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and project objectives.
• Manage and develop high-performing teams, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery and supporting professional growth through training.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants and delivery teams to drive integrated design solutions and project success.
• Provide clear progress reporting, facilitate design reviews, and represent the project in client meetings and workshops.
• Drive continuous improvement, business enhancement initiatives and contribute to bids and strategic business objectives.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships while supporting Mace’s commitment to net zero carbon delivery and sustainable outcomes.

You’ll Need To Have

• Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 10+ years’ professional experience, including 8+ years on relevant infrastructure and real estate projects.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a comparable leadership role.
• Proven delivery experience across railway, metro, airport, bus terminal, commercial, or institutional developments.
