Job summary

Mace in Mumbai is seeking an experienced HSW professional to lead health, safety and wellbeing on the data center project, coordinating with project teams to uphold high standards.

You will support inspections and audits, analyse performance data, drive continual improvement and promote a safety and quality culture while contributing to regional strategies and net-zero ambitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in the relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Supports the delivery of Mace’s Health, Safety and Wellbeing (HSW) standards, policies and best practices across project and business operations.
• Coordinates inspections, audits and assurance activities, supporting compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and other relevant standards.
• Analyses performance data, audit findings, corrective actions and key indicators to identify trends and drive continual improvement.
• Partners with internal stakeholders to build effective working relationships and promote a positive safety and quality culture.
• Contributes to the implementation of regional and business strategies through collaborative operational support and delivery.
• Champions Mace’s commitment to net zero carbon by proactively supporting the identification, management and reduction of carbon emissions throughout project delivery.

You’ll Be Responsible For
