Qualifications

• Fluency in Odia is mandatory; Hindi communication is preferred.
• Experience in EdTech or training industry is an advantage.

Requirements

We are looking for individuals who have strong communication skills and a passion for counselling and helping people.

• 1–2 years of experience in counselling, tele-sales, inside sales, or B2C sales.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Experience in EdTech or training industry will be an advantage.
• Fluency in Odia is mandatory. Hindi communication is preferred.
• Comfortable working from Odisha in an office-based role.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to grow.
