Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any stream.
• 0–3 years in academic admissions, student counselling or related roles. Freshers welcome.

• Academic Counselling: Conduct one-on-one sessions to assess students' backgrounds and goals.

• Relationship Building: Stay in touch with students, address their queries promptly, and guide them smoothly throughout their admission journey.
• Keeping Records: Keep lead interactions, communication history, and application statuses updated daily in the CRM system.

Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in any stream (Education, Management, or Communication is a plus).
• Experience: 0–3 years of experience in academic admissions, student counselling, relationship management, or customer support. (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply).
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a confident, empathetic, and persuasive tone.
• Problem-Solving: A helpful attitude to resolve student doubts regarding online classes, examinations, and university details.
