Job summary

RK Hr Management in Pune, India, is seeking an EDM / Spark Erosion operator to work on injection mold components. You will operate EDM machines independently to shape Core, Cavity, Inserts, Lifters and other precision mold parts, ensuring accuracy and process stability.

You will read 2D engineering drawings and electrode drawings, set electrodes and jobs with attention to datum, reference points, spark gap and machining allowances, and perform careful job setting, alignment and centering using

• Read and understand 2D engineering drawings, electrode drawings and machining specifications.
• Properly set electrodes and jobs considering datum, reference points, spark gap and machining allowance

Responsibilities
