Job summary

Keka Inc. is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to operate high‑precision CNC Milling and CNC Die Sinker EDM equipment for injection mold components.

You will load programs, set up machines, and change tooling while ensuring exacting dimensional control and surface finish in accordance with drawings and process standards. You will perform basic in‑process inspection with Vernier, micrometers, height gauges, and dial indicators, and adhere to safety norms and 5S practices.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC Milling or CNC Die Sinker EDM
• Ability to read drawings and follow process standards
• Knowledge of measurement tools for in‑process inspection
• Adherence to safety norms and 5S practices

Responsibilities

• Load programs, perform machine setup, and change tools/electrodes as required
• Ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish during machining
• Carry out basic in‑process inspection using Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Dial Indicator
• Follow work instructions, safety norms, and 5S practices
• Coordinate with Programming, Quality, and Production teams for corrections
• Maintain machine cleanliness and proper handling of tools and fixtures
• Support production targets and delivery timelines
