Job summary

Arting Digital is seeking an experienced EDI Support Engineer to join our Hyderabad team. The role requires hands-on experience with EDI production, integration, and mapping, plus strong incident management and on-call readiness.

The successful candidate will monitor EDI transactions, troubleshoot integrations, onboard trading partners, and coordinate deployments while ensuring SLA adherence and clear RCA when incidents occur.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in EDI production and support.
• Expertise in EDI standards and mappings.
• Experience with AS2, SFTP, FTP and VAN protocols.
• Strong incident management and production monitoring.
• Experience onboarding trading partners and deployments.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end EDI application and production support.
• Monitor and troubleshoot EDI transactions and integrations.
• Resolve production incidents within SLA and perform RCA.
• Support trading partner onboarding and EDI mapping changes.
• Handle service requests, change requests, and deployments.
• Monitor application health, system performance, and batch jobs.
• Coordinate with business users, customers, and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain support documentation and participate in on-call support.
