Job summary

Adler Talent Solutions Pvt Ltd in Ahmedabad is seeking a hands-on E-commerce Operations professional to manage day-to-day marketplace activities. You will optimize product listings, coordinate pricing and inventory, and analyze sales data to drive visibility and conversions.

You will also oversee marketplace advertising campaigns, collaborate with category managers, and support onboarding of new marketplaces to fuel growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in E-commerce, Marketplace Management or E-commerce Operations.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Jio Mart, Big Basket or similar marketplaces.
• Understanding of catalogue management, product listings, pricing, promotions and inventory coordination.
• Exposure to marketplace advertising, ROAS, CTR, conversion/funnel analysis and sales reporting.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret sales dashboards.
• Good communication and coordination skills for dealing with marketplace POCs and internal teams.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and ownership-driven, with the ability to manage multiple marketplace activities independently.
• Experience in Tea, Spices, FMCG, Grocery, Food & Beverage or D2C categories will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, BigBasket and other platforms.
• Create, update and optimize product listings, catalogue content, images, keywords and A+ content to improve visibility and conversions.
• Coordinate pricing, promotions, inventory availability and product information across marketplaces and the company website.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports, marketplace performance, CTR, ROAS, conversion funnels and category-wise data using Excel/Google Sheets.
• Manage and monitor marketplace advertising campaigns and budgets to achieve sales and ROAS targets.
• Coordinate with marketplace category managers and platform POCs for business growth and operational issues.
• Handle returns, claims, shortages, damages, listing issues and disputes.
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities for improving sales, visibility, pricing and product positioning.
• Support new marketplace onboarding, growth initiatives and profitability/margin analysis.
• Develop and track monthly sales targets and contribute to e-commerce growth strategy.
