Aéromé in Mumbai is seeking a hands-on Growth & Marketplace Specialist to own and scale our quick commerce channel across Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, Amazon, and Flipkart. You’ll manage listings, pricing, onboarding of SKUs, and expansion into new cities while partnering with leadership.

You will forecast demand, plan inventory, run platform ads, and build dashboards tracking GMV, ROAS, fill rate, margins, and returns.

Formación

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Q-commerce or marketplace seller portals
• Experience on Blinkit or Zepto is a big plus
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills (pivot, lookups, dashboards)
• Solid grasp of inventory planning, unit economics, and platform ad tools
• Self-starter, organized, proactive, and ownership-focused
• FMCG, home care, beauty, or D2C experience is a bonus
• Real ownership of a high-growth channel from day one
• Exposure to operations, marketing, and growth across multiple brands
• Comfortable owning outcomes and working with leadership

Responsabilidades

• Run seller accounts on Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, Amazon & Flipkart
• Create and optimise listings, including titles, content, images, and pricing
• Onboard new SKUs and expand into new cities and dark stores
• Track stock and sell-through by city and dark store every day
• Forecast demand, raise POs, and coordinate inbound shipments with ops
• Catch stock-outs and aging inventory before they cost us
• Plan and run platform ads (sponsored listings, banners, search ads)
• Run deal days, festive campaigns, and promotions
• Improve ROAS, visibility, and conversion
• Build weekly and monthly dashboards covering GMV, ROAS, fill rate, margins, and returns
• Track competitor pricing, assortment, and ratings
• Turn the data into clear action plans
• Be the main point of contact for platform account managers
• Handle escalations, claims, payout reconciliation, and compliance
• Work with marketing, operations, and finance

At Aéromé (part of Ivaana Ventures), we create fragrances for homes and businesses: diffusers, ambient scenting, and refills. Our quick commerce and marketplace channels are growing quickly, and we're looking for someone to take full ownership of them.

This isn't just a listings job. You'll own the channel's numbers, make decisions, and work directly with leadership.
