Plush, a women-first wellness and personal care brand, is seeking a Marketplaces Specialist to expand its presence on India's quick commerce platforms. You will manage day-to-day operations, listings, pricing and promotions across Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and more.

You will analyse sales data, build dashboards, coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain and Marketing, and own platform visibility from onboarding to optimization in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Quick Commerce, E-commerce, Marketplace Management or FMCG.
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart or similar.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets.
• Comfortable working with large datasets and translating numbers into actionable insights.
• Strong understanding of online retail metrics, promotions and marketplace operations.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to take ownership and independently drive execution.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Quick Commerce management: day-to-day operations, product listings, pricing, promotions and visibility across Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and other platforms.
• Track platform metrics, analyze performance and identify opportunities for growth; prepare regular reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate campaigns, promotions and visibility with platform teams and internal marketing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance and Warehouse to resolve stock-outs, listing issues and pricing discrepancies.

About Plush

Plush is a women-first wellness and personal care brand, building a portfolio across menstrual hygiene, intimate wellness and personal care. We are looking for a Marketplaces Specialist to drive our growing presence across India's leading quick commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Quick Commerce Management

• Own day-to-day operations and business performance across Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and other quick commerce platforms.
• Manage assortment, product listings, pricing, promotions and platform visibility.
• Ensure products are live, correctly mapped, competitively priced and available across relevant dark stores/locations.
• Monitor stock availability, fill rates, OOS and inventory health and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.

Business & Performance

• Track daily/weekly/monthly sales, orders, GMV, ASP, conversion and other key platform metrics.
• Analyse SKU-level and platform-level performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards for management.
• Identify underperforming SKUs/locations and recommend corrective actions.

Promotions & Visibility

• Coordinate with platform teams on campaigns, promotions, visibility placements and brand activations.
• Support planning and execution of platform-specific offers and promotional calendars.
• Track ROI and incremental sales from campaigns and promotions.
• Work with the marketing/brand team to ensure effective execution of platform visibility initiatives.
• Ensure accurate product content, images, pricing, pack information and claims across platforms.
• Coordinate new product launches and ensure timely onboarding and visibility.
• Monitor competitor pricing, assortment, promotions and visibility.

Cross-functional Coordination

• Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth platform operations.
• Coordinate with account/category managers at quick commerce platforms.
• Track and resolve operational issues such as stock-outs, listing issues, pricing discrepancies and order/inventory gaps.

What We're Looking For
