Role Description

The Ecommerce Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing product listings, pricing, promotions, and content across eCommerce platforms to drive traffic and sales. The specialist will monitor performance metrics, analyze customer behavior, and implement data-driven improvements to enhance conversion rates and customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with sales and customer service teams, updating inventory and catalog data, handling basic marketplace compliance requirements, and supporting digital marketing initiatives aligned with eCommerce goals.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong E-Commerce and Sales skills to manage online marketplaces, product listings, and revenue growth.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to support buyers, resolve issues, and collaborate with internal teams.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret eCommerce data, track KPIs, and recommend improvements.
• Relevant experience with major eCommerce platforms (such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Temu, TikTok Shop Shopify, or similar) and basic understanding of digital marketing and SEO is beneficial.
