Rookie Ninja in Hyderabad, India is seeking an E-commerce Specialist to manage the company’s presence on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and our own store. You will own listings, pricing, promotions, and day-to-day operations to drive revenue across electronics, gadgets, and software.

You will monitor traffic, conversion, and buy-box metrics, coordinate with warehousing, run sponsored listings, and prepare channel-wise reports with growth recommendations.

Qualificações

• 1–4 years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce marketplace accounts (Amazon / Flipkart Seller Central or similar).
• Comfortable with listing optimisation, cataloguing, and marketplace operations.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for inventory, pricing, and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Create, optimise, and manage product listings across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and website).
• Manage pricing, offers, coupons, and promotions to maximise sales and margins.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams.
• Track and improve key metrics like traffic, conversion rate, buy-box share, ratings, and returns.
• Handle marketplace operations: orders, cataloguing, tickets, account health, and policy compliance.
• Run ads / sponsored listings to drive visibility and ROAS.
• Manage customer reviews and post-sale queries to protect brand reputation.
• Prepare regular reports on channel-wise sales performance and growth actions.

The E-commerce Specialist manages and grows Rookie Ninja's presence across online marketplaces and D2C channels. You will own product listings, pricing, inventory sync, promotions, and day-to-day operations across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and our own online store — driving online revenue for our electronics, gadgets, and software catalogue.

What you'll do

• Create, optimise, and manage product listings (titles, images, descriptions, keywords) across marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and the company website.
• Manage pricing, offers, coupons, and promotional campaigns to maximise sales and margins.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse and dispatch teams to keep stock and listings in sync.
• Track and improve key metrics — traffic, conversion rate, buy-box share, ratings, and returns.
• Handle marketplace operations: order processing, cataloguing, cases/tickets, account health, and policy compliance.
• Run and analyse ads / sponsored listings on marketplaces to drive visibility and ROAS.
• Manage customer reviews, ratings, and post-sale queries to protect brand reputation.
• Prepare regular reports on channel-wise sales performance and recommend growth actions.

What we're looking for

• 1–4 years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce marketplace accounts (Amazon / Flipkart Seller Central or similar).
• Working knowledge of listing optimisation, cataloguing, and marketplace operations.
• Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets for inventory, pricing, and reporting.

• Good written English for listings and customer communication.

Nice to have

• Experience in electronics / gadgets / consumer-tech categories.
• Familiarity with marketplace advertising (Amazon Ads, Flipkart PLA) and tools for listing/inventory management.
• Basic image editing or content coordination skills.
