Navneet Education Limited in Mumbai seeks an E-commerce Executive to drive online sales across Amazon, Flipkart and other platforms. You will manage catalog, content, pricing and category mapping, and coordinate with marketing, supply chain and customer service.

With 3–5 years of experience, you will enhance visibility, monitor key metrics, plan campaigns and deliver MIS reports. Strong Advanced Excel and marketplace analytics are essential, and FMCG/retail exposure is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day marketplace operations and resolve operational issues.
• Plan and execute marketplace campaigns, promotions, deals and seasonal events.
• Monitor GMV, revenue, units, ASP, conversion, traffic, AOV, returns and profitability.
• Prepare MIS, dashboards, sales reports and management reviews.
• Coordinate with marketplace teams, marketing, supply chain, warehouse, logistics, finance and customer service.
• Track competitor pricing, assortment, promotions and visibility for growth.

• We are looking for an E-commerce Executive with 3–5 years of experience in online sales and marketplace operations.
• The role involves managing Amazon, Flipkart and other major e-commerce platforms.
• The candidate will manage day-to-day marketplace operations and resolve operational issues.
• Key responsibilities include product catalogue management, content, images, pricing and category mapping.
• The person will improve product visibility, search ranking and discoverability.
• They will plan and execute marketplace campaigns, promotions, deals and seasonal events.
• The role requires monitoring GMV, revenue, units, ASP, conversion, traffic, AOV, returns and profitability.
• Sales performance will be analysed across SKUs, categories, brands, marketplaces and campaigns.
• The candidate will coordinate with marketplace teams, marketing, supply chain, warehouse, logistics, finance and customer service.
• They will monitor inventory, stock-outs, excess stock and replenishment across platforms.
• The role includes managing pricing, discounts, orders, cancellations, returns and payments.
• The candidate will prepare MIS, dashboards, sales reports and management performance reviews.
• They will track competitor pricing, assortment, promotions and visibility to identify growth opportunities.
• Strong Advanced Excel and analytical skills are required, along with marketplace dashboard experience.
• Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, stationery or retail, and exposure to marketplace advertising, forecasting and profitability analysis, will be an advantage.
