The Indus Valley is seeking an E-Commerce Operations Specialist to manage day-to-day marketplace operations and ensure smooth order processing across major platforms. The role focuses on catalog accuracy, inventory control, pricing, and promotions to drive operational excellence.

You will coordinate with warehouse, logistics, customer support, finance, and marketing to resolve issues and optimize performance. 3+ years in e-commerce and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in E-Commerce/Marketplace Operations.
• Strong knowledge of order, catalog, inventory, and returns processes.
• Experience with MIS reporting and data analysis.

• Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other marketplaces.
• Ensure accurate product listings, catalog updates, pricing, inventory, and promotions.
• Monitor orders, cancellations, returns, and customer issues.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, customer support, finance, and marketing teams.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid stock-outs.
• Maintain marketplace dashboards, reports, and KPIs.

Role Overview

We are looking for an E-Commerce Operations Specialist to manage day-to-day marketplace operations, ensure smooth order processing, maintain catalog accuracy, and drive operational excellence across e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other marketplaces.
• Ensure accurate product listings, catalog updates, pricing, inventory, and promotions.
• Monitor orders, cancellations, returns, replacements, and customer issues.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, customer support, finance, and marketing teams for smooth operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid stock-outs and excess inventory.
• Manage marketplace dashboards, reports, and operational metrics.
• Identify and resolve listing, pricing, inventory, order, and marketplace-related issues.
• Track sales, inventory, returns, cancellations, and other key operational KPIs.
• Support marketplace launches, promotional events, and campaign execution.
• Maintain regular MIS reports and provide actionable operational insights.
• Ensure marketplace compliance, SLA adherence, and timely resolution of operational escalations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in E-Commerce / Marketplace Operations.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, or similar marketplaces.
• Strong understanding of order management, catalog management, inventory, returns, and marketplace processes.
• Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and MIS reporting.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple marketplaces and operational priorities.
• Experience in D2C, FMCG, consumer durables, or consumer brands is preferred.
