Job summary

Hirepedia, a growth-focused D2C wellness brand, is seeking a Marketplace Ads Manager to drive profitable growth across Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa and other leading marketplaces. You will design and execute advertising strategies, manage budgets, bids, and keyword targets to maximise revenue.

You will monitor ROAS, ACoS, CTR, and conversions, analyse campaigns, identify opportunities, and optimise spend to achieve scalable marketplace revenue with efficiency across all channels.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in marketplace advertising or performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Nykaa or similar platforms.
• Proven track record of scaling marketplace revenue profitably while optimising advertising efficiency.
