Job summary

Naukripay group is seeking a proactive E-commerce Executive to manage online marketplaces, listings, orders, and inventory while ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment across platforms. You will optimize product content and drive day-to-day operations to improve online sales and customer experience.

The role requires 1–4 years of e-commerce operations experience, familiarity with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, and good MS Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
• Graduate degree in any discipline; Marketing, E-commerce, or Business Administration preferred.
• Experience with marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, or similarPlatforms preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and e-commerce tools.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory across e-commerce platforms.
• Handle orders, cancellations, returns, refunds, and customer queries.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams for timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor product availability, stock levels, and inventory updates.
• Maintain accurate product catalogs and marketplace data.
• Track sales, revenue, returns, and other e-commerce performance metrics.
• Coordinate with marketplace platforms regarding operational issues and account requirements.
• Assist with online promotions, offers, discounts, and product campaigns.
• Monitor competitor pricing, products, and market trends.
• Identify opportunities to improve product visibility and online sales.
• Prepare regular sales and performance reports.
• Ensure marketplace policies, product information, and operational standards are followed.
