Job summary

Msme Strategy is seeking an in-office E-commerce Executive with 1 year of relevant experience to manage product listings, pricing updates, inventory coordination, and customer communications. The role covers online order tracking, performance reporting, and close collaboration with internal teams to ensure stock availability and timely dispatch.

The ideal candidate will handle listings across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, and WooCommerce, maintain data accuracy, and communicate effectively

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce or online marketplace coordination.
• Familiarity with platform listing, pricing updates, inventory coordination, order tracking and performance reporting.
• Strong MS Excel/Sheets, communication in Hindi and English.

Role Overview

• MSME Strategy Consultants is looking for a proactive E-Commerce Executive with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• The selected candidate will manage and support e-commerce activities such as product listings, pricing updates, inventory coordination, online order tracking, customer communication, and performance reporting.
• E-commerce executives typically maintain online sales channels, product listings, pricing, stock levels, order fulfilment, customer experience, and marketplace performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings across e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and company websites.
• Upload and maintain product titles, descriptions, images, categories, attributes, variants, prices, and stock details.
• Ensure product information is accurate, complete, and consistent across all online channels.
• Coordinate with internal teams for inventory availability, order processing, dispatch, deliveries, returns, and replacements.
• Monitor new orders, cancellations, returns, pending shipments, and customer-related issues.
• Handle basic customer queries through WhatsApp, email, calls, or marketplace dashboards.
• Track inventory levels and coordinate for timely stock updates to avoid out-of-stock situations.
• Update product pricing, offers, discounts, coupons, and promotional campaigns as instructed.
• Monitor competitor listings, pricing, offers, customer ratings, and market trends.
• Coordinate with the content, design, marketing, warehouse, and customer-support teams for smooth e-commerce execution.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on orders, sales, stock, returns, listings, and marketplace performance.
• Identify and report issues related to product listings, inventory, pricing, orders, or marketplace account health.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, product listing, online sales, or a similar role.
• Experience with platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar marketplaces is preferred.
• Good knowledge of product uploading, catalogue management, listing updates, pricing, and inventory coordination.
• Basic understanding of order management, dispatch tracking, returns, cancellations, and customer coordination.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, email, and online seller dashboards.
• Strong attention to detail, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Good written and spoken communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks.
