Job summary

Upraisal People Productivity Performance - Best executive search firm seeks a senior e-commerce leader to own the P&L and growth strategy across website, app and marketplaces for a leading luxury retail brand. You will shape online revenue and profitability and partner with marketing, technology and operations.

This role requires 8-12 years in e-commerce with P&L ownership and a track record of scaling revenue in premium categories.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years in e-commerce with 3+ years of P&L ownership and experience scaling online revenue and profitability.
• Experience in luxury, premium retail, fashion, beauty or high-consideration categories preferred.
• Strong understanding of merchandising, digital marketing, technology and fulfilment.
• Strong commercial, analytical and customer-centric mindset.
