Job summary

dotSolved Systems Inc. seeks an ECM Support Engineer to provide hands-on support and administration for IBM Content Manager and IBM Case Manager, including KwikWork, from Chennai with a US Pacific Time shift (3:00 AM–12:00 PM PST).

The role requires strong problem-solving skills, experience with WebSphere Application Server, and working knowledge of IBM FileNet P8 tools, databases, and multi-OS environments (Windows/Linux).

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with IBM Content Manager and IBM Case Manager.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS).
• Familiarity with IBM FileNet P8 tools is a strong plus.

Job Description

Required Qualifications & Technical Skills

• Primary Expertise: Hands-on experience supporting and administering IBM Content Manager and IBM Case Manager, KwikWork.
• Middleware/Platform: Proficiency with IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS) configuration and troubleshooting.
• Database Knowledge: Solid understanding of relational databases (IBM DB2, Oracle, or MS SQL Server) in the context of ECM schema and query execution.
• OS & Environment: Experience working in Windows Server and Linux/Unix environments.
• Tools & Utilities: Familiarity with IBM FileNet P8 tools (Content Platform Engine, Workplace XT, or Navigator) is a strong plus.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to diagnose complex document management and workflow issues.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) or Content Navigator (ICN).
• Prior experience handling enterprise-level migrations or platform upgrades.
• Strong L2/L3 application and production support experience
