Job summary

Infosys is seeking an experienced IBM FileNet ECM specialist to design, develop, and maintain enterprise content management solutions. The role involves configuring repositories, metadata models, and content stores, and building case management workflows.

You will integrate FileNet with ERP and CRM systems, ensuring governance and security while collaborating with analysts, architects, and infrastructure teams across projects.

Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions using IBM FileNet Content Manager and IBM Case Manager.
• Configure and manage document repositories, content stores, and metadata models.
• Develop case management applications, workflows, and business processes.
• Customize and extend IBM Content Navigator (ICN) applications and plugins.
• Design and implement document lifecycle management and records management solutions.
• Develop integrations between FileNet and enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, and third-party systems.
• Configure security models, access controls, and governance policies.
• Create and manage workflows using Process Engine and Case Manager.
• Support content migration, archival, and digitization initiatives.
• Troubleshoot performance, workflow, and repository issues.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and infrastructure teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise governance, audit, and regulatory requirements.

Technical Requirement

• Primary skills: Technology->Enterprise Content Management->IBM FileNet
• Additional Responsibility: Advanced conceptual understanding of at least one programming language
• Advanced conceptual understanding of one database and one operating system
• Understanding of software engineering with practice in at least one project
• Ability to contribute in medium to complex tasks independently
• Exposure to design principles and ability to understand design specifications independently
• Ability to run test cases and scenarios as per the plan
• Ability to accept and respond to production issues and coordinate with stakeholders
