Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop solutions using IBM FileNet P8 platform
• Configure and manage FileNet components such as Content Engine (CE), Process Engine (PE), and Application Engine (AE)
• Develop workflows, business processes, and case management solutions
• Integrate FileNet with other enterprise systems (e.g., web services, APIs, databases)
• Perform system administration tasks including installation, configuration, and upgrades
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
• Ensure security, compliance, and data governance standards are maintained
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Provide technical documentation and user support

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 3+ years of experience with IBM FileNet P8
• Strong knowledge of Java, J2EE, and web technologies
• Experience with FileNet APIs, Content Navigator, and Case Manager
• Understanding of workflow design and business process management (BPM)
• Familiarity with databases (SQL, Oracle, DB2)
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP web services
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with IBM Case Manager or Business Automation Workflow
