Key Responsibilities

• Develop and configure solutions using IBM FileNet P8, IBM Content Navigator (ICN), Case Manager, BAW, or OpenText Content Server / xECM.
• Implement workflows, metadata models, content classifications, and repository management.
• Customize ECM solutions using Java, JavaScript, OScript, REST APIs, and WebReports.
• Integrate ECM platforms with enterprise applications such as SAP, Salesforce, and custom portals.
• Perform system administration activities including installation, upgrades, environment setup, and performance tuning.
• Troubleshoot L2/L3 issues related to workflows, integrations, and repository performance.
• Prepare technical documentation, solution design documents, test cases, and deployment guides.
• Ensure content security, retention policies, governance, and compliance standards.
