Required Qualifications & TechnicalSkills:

• Primary Expertise: Hands-onexperience supporting and administering IBM Content Manager and IBM CaseManager, KwikWork.
• Middleware/Platform:Proficiency with IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS) configuration andtroubleshooting.
• Database Knowledge: Solidunderstanding of relational databases (IBM DB2, Oracle, or MS SQL Server)in the context of ECM schema and query execution.
• OS & Environment:Experience working in Windows Server and Linux/Unix environments.
• Tools & Utilities:Familiarity with IBM FileNet P8 tools (Content Platform Engine, WorkplaceXT, or Navigator) is a strong plus.
• Problem Solving: Stronganalytical skills to diagnose complex document management andworkflowissues.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with IBM BusinessAutomation Workflow (BAW) or Content Navigator (ICN).
• Prior experience handlingenterprise-level migrations or platform upgrades.
