Job summary

RGBSI is seeking Sales Engineers / Sales Executives to support sales activities for industrial soldering, dispensing, and EMS solutions in Chennai, Pune, and Bengaluru. The role involves learning product applications, assisting in customer interactions, and supporting business development efforts.

You will promote materials and equipment such as solder paste, flux, cleaning solutions, SMT rework stations, and dispensing systems, while collaborating with internal teams on demos and customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Physics or Chemistry.
• Interest in technical sales and industrial products.
• Basic understanding of electronics manufacturing (SMT, soldering).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell industrial and electronic process materials and equipment.
• Support senior engineers in meetings, demos, and discussions.
• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-up reports.
• Maintain customer data and support account management.
• Coordinate with internal teams for demos and support.
• Learn market trends and competitor offerings.
• Travel with senior team to customer locations when required.

Job Purpose

We are looking for enthusiastic and technically inclined Sales Engineers / Sales Executives to support sales activities for industrial soldering, dispensing, and electronic manufacturing solutions. The role involves learning product applications, assisting in customer interactions, and supporting the sales team in business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in promoting and selling industrial and electronic process materials and equipment such as:
• Solder Paste, Solder Wire, Flux, and Solder Preforms
• Industrial and EMS Cleaning Solutions
• Precision Soldering & De-soldering Systems and SMT Rework Stations
• Fume Extraction Systems
• Manual and Automated Dispensing Solutions
• Support senior sales engineers in customer meetings, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.
• Understand customer requirements and help propose suitable solutions from the company's product portfolio.
• Prepare basic sales documents such as quotations, proposals, and follow-up reports.
• Maintain customer data and support account management activities.
• Coordinate with internal technical and service teams for demos and customer support.
• Learn market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
• Travel to customer locations along with senior team members when required.

Required Qualifications & Skills
