Job summary

TÜV SÜD is seeking an E-Mail Automation Expert - Marketo Specialist to drive marketing automation excellence. You will optimize customer engagement and enable scalable, personalized email campaigns across a global footprint, leveraging Marketo to deliver measurable impact.

In this role, you will develop end-to-end email campaigns, nurture programs, and templates while collaborating with global marketing teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on Marketo experience (Smart Campaigns, Engagement Programs, Scoring, Forms, Tokens).
• Strong understanding of marketing automation best practices.
• Solid knowledge of database management, lead lifecycle, and segmentation.
• Analytical mindset with reporting and performance tracking.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and structured working style.
• B2B experience preferred.
• Marketo certification is a plus.
• Fluent English skills are mandatory.

About the Role
