Raise tickets with complete evidence, track deadlines, escalating delays and verify resolution. Submit and follow up on approved shipment and return claims.
4. Finished garment quality checks Inspect incoming finished garments against approved samples and a quality checklist for stitching, finishing, stains, damage, size identification and completeness of sets. Check product and packaging quality before dispatch and coordinate corrections with the packing team. Record defects and follow up with suppliers for repairs or replacements.
5. Returns exchanges and RTO management Inspect returned products against order details and an agreed quality checklist. Record condition, completeness and whether goods are saleable, require repair or are unusable. Communicate QC results for approved restocking and customer resolution; track pending return pickups and unresolved cases.

Coordinate maintenance of label printers and other operations equipment.
7. Supplier and purchase coordination Follow up with suppliers and job workers on approved orders, delivery commitments, shortages and defective goods. Prepare purchase orders as instructed and check bills against approved orders and receipt records. Coordinate approved replenishment deliveries with the inventory team.

Download and organise required operational reports and update existing trackers and dashboards as instructed. Report pending recoveries, ageing cases, deadlines and operational risks, with clear next actions.
