Job summary

Hetfy Software Solutions is seeking an E-Commerce Operations Customer Support Executive to work across customer service, marketplace operations, reporting, order management and admin tasks.

Responsibilities include handling queries and escalations, managing listings and stock, conducting keyword research, and preparing reports while coordinating with multiple teams to maintain SLA and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in eCommerce or marketplace operations.
• Experience with Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopify, or other marketplaces is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of eCommerce operations, order management and customer service.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
